Snickerdoodle Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon sugar coating:
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl to combine. Set aside.
- Then in a small bowl blend melted coconut oil, nut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add to large bowl ingredients until well blended. Use your hands to form the mixture into 1-inch balls. If you are having difficulty mixing to combine, add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil as all protein powders bind differently.
- Next, add two tablespoons of vanilla protein powder and cinnamon to a small bowl. Drop balls into powder to lightly dust. Enjoy!
