Snickerdoodle Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cinnamon sugar coating:
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl to combine. Set aside.
  2. Then in a small bowl blend melted coconut oil, nut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add to large bowl ingredients until well blended. Use your hands to form the mixture into 1-inch balls. If you are having difficulty mixing to combine, add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil as all protein powders bind differently.
  4. Next, add two tablespoons of vanilla protein powder and cinnamon to a small bowl. Drop balls into powder to lightly dust. Enjoy!
