Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 15 medjool dates
- 4 Tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- ¼ cup of dark chocolate chips
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Slice each medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Open the date and add about 1/2 - 1 tsp of peanut butter to each one using a small spoon.
- Top with a few dark chocolate chips on each date and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place them on a tray or dish in the freezer and allow to set for 10-15 minutes.
