Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 15 medjool dates
  • 4 Tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • ¼ cup of dark chocolate chips
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Slice each medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  2. Open the date and add about 1/2 - 1 tsp of peanut butter to each one using a small spoon.
  3. Top with a few dark chocolate chips on each date and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Place them on a tray or dish in the freezer and allow to set for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
